This Quality Management System scope includes but not limited to the design, development, maintenance and support of software products for public safety organisations, including the related customer training, data preparation and conversion, and consultancy activities.

The Information Security Management System works in accordance with the latest version of the companies Statement of Applicability and includes the development, data management, technical support, training and consultancy of software products for the emergency services and public safety agencies
Fortek were initially accredited with the ISO27001:2005 Information Security Management standard by BSI in 2008 and our continued objective is to provide and maintain a secure working environment for the protection of staff and customers and their information. The standard formally specifies a management system that is intended to bring information security under explicit management control and is formally audited and certified compliant with the standard. Security and the protection of our customer’s information is integral to Fortek’s performance and the company is committed to carry out operations that meet the standards specific requirements
