Fortek is compliant with and accredited to the Quality Management 9001:2000 and the Information Security standard ISO27001.
Both the Quality Management and The Integrated Security management systems cover all of Fortek’s business activities, including but not limited to development, data preparation and conversion, maintenance, training, support and consultancy for software products for Public Safety Organisations.
Quality Management Standard ISO 9001:2000 - Fortek, have well established quality assurance procedures in place for all software elements that may form part of a proposed solution. This software is tested thoroughly in accordance with jointly agreed procedures, which consist of detailed acceptance tests, which are held at various stages of the project cycle. Information Security Standard ISO27001 - Security and the protection of our customer’s information is integral to Fortek’s performance and the company’s overall objective is to carry out operations in a way that provides and maintains a secure working environment for the protection of staff and customers and their information.
